Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. The genres showing in Japanese are being supplied to us by Qobuz. If you log into the Qobuz app is it in Japanese or English?
Is there any change in behavior if you try to log out and back into Qobuz via Roon Settings → Services? I suspect the behavior may be related to this issue:
Just to clarify, there was a discrepancy on the Qobuz server side that their team has now resolved. It took about 72 hours for the fix to filter to Roon via the Qobuz API. You shouldn’t see this issue return. Thank you for your patience.
