Qobuz laadt geen playlisten in Roon

In Roon zijn de playlisten van Qobuz alleen maar leeg te zien.

See here:

Is anyone doing anything about this?

Please refer to the post linked above

It’s the weekend!
Of course Roon and Qobuz are working on this but I seriously doubt we will see anything until next week.
So please refrain from creating new threads and posting on multiple threads the same question.
Watch the forum for information.
Thank you for your cooperation.

I understand that issues can take time to resolve, but I’m a bit surprised that even mild criticism doesn’t seem to be welcome here. It would have been very helpful if Roon had informed all subscribers by email and provided regular updates about the situation. Going five days without any official response, while the issue remains unresolved, is quite concerning.

I don’t use playlists a great deal so perhaps there is something I’m failing to appreciate as I’m struggling to understand why this is such a big deal for folks when you can access your Qobuz playlists under “playlists” instead of under Qobuz".

I don’t understand what your actual complaint is, because the official responce is linked in the second post up top, posted 5 days ago.

Mild criticism looks like complaining to me, so not surprised there is some mild pushback. You’re not the only one though. (I can not see how even mild complaining does anything to help the situation at all)

To be honest I have to admit I find all the multiple redundant threads and posts on the same Qobuz issue kind of fascinating as I sit here listening to music while reading them all! Maybe I would be more upset if my ability to listen to music was actually hindered. I have a Tidal subscription as well as local files and playlists, and still listening to Qobuz.

Sorry I jumped into this particular thread, but there are many to choose from so I just picked one.

Apparently you don’t use playlists and have no idea how much work it is to compile them. Different story if 52 playlists have disappeared in Roon. It took me a few years to compile them. So just keep on reading and listening to your music.

I just now clicked on Playlist on the Roon Home Page Menu sidebar. All my Qobuz playlists are there and playable. Doesn’t this work for you or others?

Granted that clicking Qobuz on the menu does show blank playlists, so I use the Playlist menu instead. I listened to a couple Qobuz playlists today, just because I could. So I still don’t understand what the big deal is.

They will come back, they just stopped being visible for a few days. Anyway, playlists that existed before the problem should still be visible under Roon > Playlists > Qobuz Playlists

Hi, I guess we were typing at the same time?

I haven’t created any recent playlists, so I’m not missing any. They’re all there.

Thanks for the link, I was trying to remember were I saw that.

Not correct, this is clearly not the case in my situation. This morning i had 200+ Qobuz playlists, right now i have 0, they’ve just vanished. All these playlists were compiled pre current “Qobuz playlists problems”.

Well, I said “should”, based on the announcement.

You did look in Roon > Playlists > Qobuz Playlists, and not Roon > Qobuz > Playlists?
EDIT: I see your first screenshot now. Weird. (It’s expected that they are not there in the second screenshot)

Mine are still there just like the announcement said :man_shrugging:

Robert_Kuijs, then I am sorry that going through the general playlist method isn’t working for you. Makes me wonder why?
