Most of my Qobuz favorites have vanished from my Roon Library. They are still present as favorites in the Qobuz app.

Did you try logging out of Qobuz and back in, in Roon > Settings > Services.

Hi @CoralRad ,
Please first try these steps in order:
Log out/back into Qobuz as suggested above in Settings → Services → Qobuz
Force a manual sync of your library from the same dialog window
Restart Roon Server and wait about 10 minutes to allow for a background sync
I would also log into your Qobuz account directly in a web browser to verify there’s no account issue outside Roon.
We’ll watch for your reply and proceed from there. Thank you!
Let us know if you’re still having issues.
Thanks. I had already done that before I posted. I retried making sure I followed your directions, but nothing has changed.
Let me know if there is anything else to try. I can zip log files and send them if that helps.
Tracks starting to return as of a few minutes ago. Do you think this will happen again? I’ll post again if this completes.
I believe everything is back, although I don’t know why. I’d like to know why this is happening again; it looked like there was a solution over a year ago now and so I wonder if it will happen again. I’ll give it 24hrs until I mark it solved.
A similar thing happened to me recently. I was advised to move the “Roonserver/Cache” from the Library ( Apple Mac Hardware) to the desktop; after that I rebooted the computer; loaded Roon and everything was working again. Hope this helps.
Thanks! If it happens again I’ll give it a try on my Linux Ubuntu / Minisforum UM690.
Certainly keep us in the loop on how things feel @CoralRad , thank you!
Been stable for 22 hours.
