We wanted to inquire whether you’ve seen your Qobuz favorites return in Roon at this time. Diagnostics from your RoonServer show the library re-adding hundreds of objects from Qobuz, but until we can verify from you directly that service is restored, we want to assume you’re still affected by this issue.
If you are still having issues, please confirm whether or not you used the “Clean Up Library” tool at any point during the outage (January 17-24).

Thanks for reaching out. Not sure if all my Qobuz favorites have been restored but for sure my library looks better now (many titles added).

I’m glad most if not all of your favorites have returned. If you find some things missing then you may need to restore a backup from before January 17th. Let us know if you need any further help!
