Description Of Issue
I just purchased Roon for one year subscription and now Qobuz is crashing claiming it is loading slowly through the network.
This is a new issue since it was working fine previously. Can you help.
Is local content working okay? What device are you playing to? Does the same issue occur for System Output?
Yes local content works fine. No drops. Only when streaming. This is a new issue since I paid for subscription. I was not happening before during free trial. Let me know whats up
Does “System Output” (your laptop’s speakers) display the same behavior?
Is there any change in behavior if you log out and back into Qobuz via the
Roon Settings -> Services tab?
What is your network speed from the Core? Can you open a browser window to speedtest.net and let us know the download/upload speed?
