To extend on this discussion, I have exactly the same problem, Configuration:
Bluesound Vault and Bluesound Node on ethernet, Bluesound Flex2i on Wifi.
Roon core installed on Synology 1019+. So except for the Flex 2i everythinhs is wirde on gigabit ethernet. When loading HD audio material from Qobuz, everything blocks.
Any suggestions?

I believe that today there were some problems with Qobuz. I also noticed some delays / errors, but after a while they are gone.

Can you please confirm if the issue impacts all of your zones or just one/some?
Is there any change in behavior if you reboot your Core + Network?
