Qobuz Loads Slowly only via iPad

My Setup:
-Roon Core 1.8 running on my iMac on OS 10.14.6 connected to Internet via Ethernet.
-Roon Endpoint is Allo DigiOne running latest Roppieee, connected via WIFI.
-Roon remote is 1.8 on my iPad Mini 5 running latest iOS 15.7, connected via WIFI, of course.

Roon app on my iPad plays my Qobuz music fine to my Apple TV endpoint via Airplay at all resolution levels.

Qobuz app alone plays all music fine too, both from my iMac and iPad.

Roon app on my iMac plays my Qobuz music fine to my Allo DigiOne endpoint at all resolution levels.

Problem: but when I try to play Qobuz music from the Roon app on my iPad through to the DigiOne, I get constant “Qobuz media is loading slowly. This may indicate a networking or connectivity problem.”

I thought it might have been the fact that the DigiOne is on WIFI, but my iMac can play through to it with no problem.

Any help on this? Other Qobuz threads didn’t seem to provide a solution to my circumstance.

As a test put the DigiOne on an ethernet connection and see if Roon still has the same issue.

Thanks. I will try that, but after much testing I think it could be an inconsistent Internet speed.

Hi @Frank_Cioffi,

I’m sorry you’ve endured a long wait time for a staff response.

I’m eager to investigate diagnostics to pin down why the Allo endpoint is loading slowly, but I first want to confirm that you’re still experiencing this issue and to see if there were any dates/times in particular to investigate.

In addition, can you clarify if you have any custom DSP settings for the Allo endpoint in Roon?

I’ll be watching for your response and the team will be ready to investigate. Thank you again for your patience.
