Qobuz login issue after logging out (ref#9L9EDB)

· roon skipping qobuz tracks which i know you are aware of, but I logged out of Qobuz on Roon and now cannot log back in

Thank you for your post and we’re sorry to hear you’re having issues.

Are you able to sign into Qobuz via their web player or their account page outside of Roon with the same credentials?

If you haven’t already, reboot Roon Server.

Thank you @connor , I rebooted Roon Nucleus One earlier and still issue - I can login to Qobuz outside of Roon so not credentials issue. I get this message when logging in via Roon.

If you have created your account with some 3rd party service (Apple/Google/Facebook) please check this article.

Thanks, as it I discovered after much time, I had a space “ “ at the end of my Qobuz password and while Qobuz was OK with it Roon wasn’t, I changed password and all OK!
