Cannot login to Qobuz in Roon (Bad user name or password). Using email for username. Login info works fine on Qobuz website. Rebooted and updated core machine, cleared cache. No issues logging into Tidal.
Update: I can login to the www.qobuz.com website fine. When I click on webplayer, a new tab is opened with play.qobuz.com and I need to login again. Using the same login/password it fails, so I think this is related to the Roon login issue.
It sounds like you’re having trouble logging in to the Qobuz Web Player too, based on your update. Have you reached out to Qobuz about this? Once you get your login issues sorted there my guess is it should work with Roon as well, but if it doesn’t please let us know and we can help from there!
