Ok, I have removed RoonServer from the Mac Mini and reinstalled the latest regular Roon. I am sorry to say this made no difference at all. Why did you ask me to do this? I had reinstalled Roon as part of this discussion of missing album art before and it made no difference then. Could you please shed some light on what causes this. What is the QA team thinking? What did the log files show?
That’s a disappointing lack of response from the Roon team. I’m suffering the same issue which occurred immediately after a recent version update maybe 2-3 weeks ago. Is there any resolution yet for this issue?
