Description of Issue

Tracks from local library are played well. Qobuz is no longer streaming anything, even though qobuz is working with their native app and web still. It is not working since update to new roon core version.

Has happened to me in the past. Best thing to do is leave things be…qobuz will appear again.
Resist any advice to rebuild the Roon database - has no effect. Just seems to be a country specific handshaking issue between Roon and Qobuz.

There are a few steps I would take:

  • In Roon ensure you are logging in with your Qobuz email address and not user name.
  • Check streaming quality for Qobuz in Roon.
  • Restart your core and all remotes.

Before you restart your core, log out of Qobuz in Roon.

EDIT Also ensue core and all remotes are running the latest build.

As I think Ronny being in Germany, I can attest to there currently being no such issue…
