You are trying to sign in through Roon?
In that case I suggest signing out of Qobuz on Roon completely, rebooting it, then signing into Qobuz (in Roon) again.
This is a Roon issue, your Qobuz credentials are fine.

I have installed Roon on a Qnap NAS. Since the update to 1.8. i cańt login in Auburn, Roon has lost the account Information and if I try to login I get an network error.
