I sent my Roon Nucleus in for servicing a while back, when I was only playing music from an external hard drive filled with ripped songs from my CDs. When I got it back from Roon, there were a number of new playlists and many new songs. I realized that they are Qobuz albums and songs. Is that somehow included in a Roon subscription these days? Any idea why they ended up on my nucleus?
Are you sure you got back your Nucleus and not someone elseโs? Did you check the serial number? Surely you did or how could you log on?
Otherwise, maybe it was the result of Roon testing the repairs. IDK.

Is there an account logged in to Qobuz under setting services.
Hi @Alan_Wishnoff ,
I am looking over your account diagnostics and it looks like you are signed in with a Roon testing account, it was likely accidentally logged in after we performed playback testing following the RMA. Please navigate to Roon Settings โ Services โ Qobuz โ Edit โ Log out, to remove the current account data. Thanks!
Thank you Done
