Have you tried rebooting the Nucleus and possibly your router/ modem?
yes, A couple of times , but still not help. everything looks fine, also my tidal working great .
just when I try to play qobuz I press on play and it’s stocked on loading …
problem solved, it was problem with my internet supply , thanks
