Hi, all my playlists and albums i saved at Qobuz are vanished at roon, but they´re still all at Qobuz, so where´s the bug? Both softwares are on actual version. Thanks.
Describe your network setup
FritBox! 6591 Cable / No switches and no extenders
Welcome to the forum. Can you please try to sign out of Qobuz (in Roon Settings → Services), reboot your Roon Server and then sign back into Qobuz? Let us know if this helps!
Hello, yes thanks the hint helped, all albums and playlists are back. However, there has been another problem for some time that I forgot to mention. The metadata optimiser is very often in pause mode for me, every now and then it helps if I restart the router, but I don’t always feel like restarting the router all the time.
Hi @franhartmann,
I’m glad that your albums and playlists are back in Roon now.
This issue is usually caused by your Roon server not being able to access our servers. We have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS. Can you please give this a try and let me know if it helps?
sorry for delayed answering. I´m not special in computer and so on, so where do i change this Router DNS like you written, in my Streamer/Roon-software or in the router menu?
Are Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS products i had to buy extra before?
Thanks for answer.
No all of these are free services. It will not cost you anything more.
You can change it from your router menu. For Fritzbox that option should be under Internet → Account Information → DNS server tab. If you need any help with that please let us know!
