Qobuz playlists and tracks missing in Roon (ref#GUQWBL)

All of my Qobuz playlists have disappeared from Roon and all the the tracks I had imported and loved from Qobuz no longer appear in "My Tracks."

This is a ■■■■■■■■ questions. Everything had been working fine with Roon and suddenly it doesn't. I have Verizon FIOS and the network has been fine the entire time.

Ok, this is totally f***ed up. I didn’t realize that my support request would go to a community forum. Why am I paying for Roon if they are outsourcing my problem to everyone else?

FYI - the screenshot I posted was to show a random sampling of songs showing that they are all form my internal library. Prior to this issue about half of the songs in my favorited tracks came from Qobuz. All those tracks are gone.

This is a known issue and both Roon and Qobuz are actively working on it

Thank you for sharing. I’ll check out the linked thread.

As suggested in the linked thread… logging out of Qobuz and logging back in fixed the issue. However, I had tried that before submitting this support request so I’m assuming that timing matters. At any rate, my issue is resolved.
