I’ve been having the same issue for over a week now! This is really frustrating, given the price of the service…
Running of a Grimm MU2 with latest Roon version installed (2.70 build 1671).
Playlist are available in Qobuz, but are empty in Roon.
I tried login out and syncing Qobuz many times, to no avail.
I think the Problem is more on Qobuz side! The “look” on the App has change. Since that happened I had the Issue. If they change the structure without letting there partners know it is there fault.
Cheers

@benjamin, @noris;
Thank you again for your earlier advice to stop my Roon Server and preserve my pre-incident backups. I followed your recommendation and successfully preserved backups from 16, 18, 20 and 22 July.
I see that build 1676 includes a potential fix for the Qobuz playlist synchronization issue.
Before I restart my Roon Server, I’d appreciate your guidance on the recommended procedure.
Since my case is slightly different (one Qobuz playlist with approximately 700 tracks was reduced to only 2 tracks during the issue), would you recommend:
- updating to build 1676 and allowing the current database to complete a full Qobuz sync first, or
- restoring one of the preserved pre-incident backups before the first synchronization?
Also, based on what you know so far, do you still believe there is a reasonable chance of recovering the original playlist contents after the fix?
I’d like to maximize the chance of recovering that playlist and avoid doing anything that could reduce those chances.
Thank you in advance.

Anybody @roon staff?
I would really appreciate a response when you have a moment!
This is now my third request for guidance, and I haven’t received any advice on how to proceed after build 1676 was released.
I followed all of your previous recommendations:
- I stopped my Roon Server.
- I preserved all of my pre-incident backups (16, 18, 20 and 22 July).
- I have not made any further changes.
As a result, I have now been unable to use Roon for more than two weeks because I wanted to follow your instructions and avoid risking further data loss.
Could you please advise on the recommended next step?
- Should I simply start the current database and let it fully synchronize with Qobuz?
- Or should I restore one of my pre-incident backups first?
Also, do you still believe there is a reasonable chance of recovering my original Qobuz playlist of approximately 700 tracks?
I would really appreciate a reply so I know how to proceed.
