· Hello, about 4 days ago, I signed up with a new account. Almost all of my Qobuz playlists aren’t showing in the sidebar. They are all there under my Qobuz playlists, just not in the sidebar. There are only 2 of my created playlists showing. I am therefore unable to add any new songs to any of my other Qobuz playlists. I have around 56 or so in total. I’ve restarted my Taiko Extreme, and I’ve also signed out and then back into Qobuz. I do have the latest version of Roon installed on my IPhone 16. I’m not sure what I can do or if there are any other fixes in the works that I should wait for. I know you came up with a fix for this very recently, but this hasn’t helped my issue. Anything that I can do to resolve this? Thank you for any help you can provide!
Hi Benjamin, thanks for the suggestions! Yes, I’m signed into Qobuz and I have selected the option to have the playlists shown in the sidebar. The issue is that only 2 out of my 56 playlists are showing there.
Hello, thank you. I did what you asked and cleared my cache and restarted Roon and it made no difference. I can still only see 2 of my Qobuz playlists in my sidebar. Please let me know what I may try next. Thanks so much!
Can you confirm you’ve signed into the correct Qobuz account? According to your account admin, we’re only seeing about 30 Qobuz tracks currently tied to your Roon account.
Perhaps you’ve signed into the incorrect Qobuz account?
If not, please share a screenshot of the issues you’re facing. With that, then click into ‘Playlists’ on your sidebar and snap a screenshot of this page as well.
Hi, thank you. I only have one Qobuz account that I’ve had for about a year. I have 55 playlists in it. I’ve taken a screenshot of my Qobuz page showing the 55 playlists and a screenshot of my left sidebar on Roon. Those same 55 playlists are showing there in Roon if I select Qobuz and then my Qobuz and my playlists, they are just not all there in my sidebar.
There are 5 Qobuz playlists in the sidebar. 3 of them are public and only 2 of them are my private playlists. Most of my 55 playlists are my privately created playlists
I believe what you’re seeing is intended functionality within Roon. Playlists cannot be filtered by service from the navigation bar. So you’re seeing a specified sort order that includes both Roon playlists and Qobuz playlists. The sort options are:
If you’d like to put in a feature request to include additional sorting options, you can do so over in our #feature-request category - I’m confident others would definitely benefit from this!
Let me know if I’m incorrect here and you have a different issue occurring. Thank you!
Hi, thank you for your reply. I think my issue isn’t be understood. I am not talking about a sorting issue at all. I am also not concerned that my Roon playlists are combined with my Qobuz playlists I am only talking about the fact my private Qobuz playlists aren’t showing in the sidebar (only 2 out of my 55 are showing there). I would like to be able to see all of my 55 Qobuz playlists in the left sidebar so that I may add songs to my Qobuz playlists. Thank you.
Thank you for the update, and sorry for any confusion caused. Would you kindly share the screenshot of what you see under the Qobuz → My Qobuz → My Playlists?
Hi Vadim, I appreciate your response. I figured out a way to fix my issue. In my Qobuz app, I added a song to each one of my 55 playlists that were showing in My Qobuz playlists, but weren’t showing in my sidebar. That seemed to force Roon to recognize all the playlists that weren’t being shown in my sidebar. They instantly appeared in my sidebar one at a time as I added a song to each Qobuz playlist. Now all 55 playlists are showing in my sidebar.
Another question, now that all of my Qobuz playlists are showing in Roon, is there a way to alphabetize the songs within my playlists? The songs in the playlists are alphabetized in Qobuz, however, those same playlists are not alphabetized in Roon, Again, I am talking about alphabetizing the songs within the playlists, NOT the playlists themselves. Thank you.
This is likely because you have your playlists sorted by Date Modified - which pushed them to the top of your list. Note that adding songs to any Roon playlists will likely move all other playlists down the list as you continue to build.
Yes - click the ‘Track’ field within your playlist, and you can sort it ascending or descending.

Hmm, that’s strange. I’ve never had the playlists listed by date modified. They are listed by name and when I added the songs to each playlist they appeared there in alphabetical order. Those Qobuz playlists weren’t there at all in my sidebar before I added the songs to each one of them.
Thanks for that info regarding alphabetizing. Is there a way to alphabetize my Qobuz playlists on my iphone 16? That is what I use to operate Roon. I don’t see that ‘track’ field that you mentioned above in Roon on my iphone. Thanks so much.
