It’s only in the Early Access build at this point. If those using this build report no problems, then I expect it will be moved to the Production build and released in the near future
Thx! I am now using EA build 1568 and the same problems persists. I see some playlists, but others I can only see the title and they are empty! Clearly this issue has not been properly fixed!! See example… Playlist supposed to have 42 tracks and it shows empty. If I use the Qobuz app they all show correctly… very frustrating!
On the server, too?
Strange. It works for me (I just checked all my Qobuz lists to be sure). ![]()
Installed EA Build 1568 and problem persists.
Should I restart everything? I have done it several times…
I don’t think so, once was enough for me. No idea what’s wrong
How do I get back to normales releases from early access?
Same, just the other way around. Go to „How do I leave“ here:
Hello @Alejandro_Pinto
Thank you for the update and for sharing the screenshots. This is something that we are not able to reproduce internally. Your input may help resolve the issue faster.
To help us investigate further, could you please let us know:
- Is the affected playlist one that you created manually, or is it a Qobuz playlist?
- What happens when you click the “Reset” button?
Once we have this information, we’ll be able to advise on the next steps.
Hello,
Issue cleared up this morning! All working fine!
Qobuz playlists not appearing in Roon. Installed EA on Roon ROCK, updated to build 1568, rebooted server, rebooted Windows desktop running Roon Remote. Everything works now!
Thanks for the fix -
Hi All, Early access fix works fine for me. All data downloads from Qobuz as before.
Well done so far
Installed Build 1568…but the problem is unresolved?
Did you install on Roon Server and whatever Roon Remotes you have and restarted all of them?
Thank you. Roon is running on my MacBook Pro 16’'…and is now working well after a reboot.
I am on build 1559 and still have the problem. When will my build update to one that has resolved the playlist issue? I cannot follow the instructions to manually update the build as I’m just a bit too dumb to understand what to do.
Does this also fix the issue whereby it’s impossible to delete Qobuz album album covers from you library (reported on a separate thread)?
I hope this is treated as a high priority case, pretty big issue I think.
maybe its just me but as hard as it is to keep “bad actors” off my network, why would anyone freely share their internal IP Addresses on the net?? ![]()
