Qobuz Playlists Unavailable in Roon [Fix in EarlyAccess]

There is no danger at all about sharing internal IP addresses - it’s your public (external) IP address that you should not share.

Hello,

I still cannot access my Qobuz playlists. Has this issue been resolved? This is extremely frustrating. Is there something I need to do?

Hello @Joseph_Galati

Based on the diagnostic data, you are on the production build.

2.54 (build 1554) production

You need to use the following article and move to the EA build.

Strange - my server has version 2.55 (build 1559) and the qobuz playlist issue suddenly is gone. I see my qobuz playlists again without any roon update!?!

Just checked mine and exactly as you say, my playlists are now populated although none of the Qobuz generated playlists are available?

I think I saw a post by Roon support in one of the related threads today saying that they have been able to fix it with a change on the backend cloud servers?

Thank you, just “disappearing devices” & “getting arc working” left to resolve now…:face_with_peeking_eye:

I can’t find this post now but was quite sure to have seen it earlier today. I don’t know enough to say if this backend fix applies to all users or just certain variants of the issue (I am making up stuff now).

My personal ARC issue (in EA, probably caused by recent IPv6 changes in testing) has been resolved with great support from Roon (not just for me but to find the problem and fix it for everyone), so I’m happy again (and not using Tahoe for Roon server, and my Tahoe client is OK)

Roon Server version 2.55 (build 1559) production. Some users saying resolved w/out an update to Roon. Is that accurate or do we need a Roon Server patch to make Qobuz playlists work?

If an update required, as a fix has been in the works over a week will a patch be coming soon?

I do enough beta testing with work, just want Roon to work and that’s not 100% even with the production branch.

The Qobuz Playlists on my Roon home page has been empty for a while now but is populated today. Seems something was fixed without a Roon update on my end.

Just checked Qobuz again in Roon. To my surprise, all the playlists in Qobuz are visible again, even in build 1559. Is this happening to everyone?

Today suddenly the playlists are back!! And that with the same Roon version!

didn’t work last night. I now see them. I had to restart the Roon app.

FIXED❗️Back in business. Wee ha.

YES, all good now!

All playlists are back, thank you! How did it work without Roon update? Has it been fixed by Qobuz?

@vadim curious minds would like to know… Can you provide an update?

As noted elsewhere, apparently it could be fixed on the Roon backend, either by one of the parties or by both together.

Has Roon released the fix, or Qobuz did it?

See one post up…
