This isn’t a Roon issue, but a Qobuz purchase issue. I’ve communicated this to Qobuz via their FB Messenger channel, but I think that goes into /dev/null.

Two recurring issues with Qobuz music purchases:

  1. booklet.pdf, large_cover.png and small_cover.png are frequently zero length (i.e. they do not download successfully via the Qobuz app on macOS);

  2. large_cover.png is really a JAY-PEG and not a PNG encoded image file. You can rename the .png to .jpg and it loads into Photoshop, just fine.
