Hi, I am experiencing the same issue. I can log into and use the Qobuz app, but Roon does not recognize the same login credentials. I tried moving the cache as suggested and that did not fix the issue
…and I just solved my own problem. Although the login ask for the “user name” what it actually requires is the email address (which in my case is different from the user name).
