Everything is hard wired directly too my router

Same issue here, streaming via qobuz app works ok but not through Roon.

Good day @isakbjorncc and @Deeg !

Thanks for reaching to us with this.

This issue is already known for us and caused by change in Qobuz API.

It is possible that you might miss the playlists in your library but they still should be available in the browser.

We plan to release a fix for this issue very soon. (Likely in the next update , but I cannot officially confirm that).

Can you please clarify whether you were able to sign in in the end ?

Thanks!

Regards.

Morning Alex,

Apologies for the duplicate report, I spotted the other thread after replying to this one.
I can play and search qobuz music without errors, it’s just populating the qobuz section of the Roon control app thats glitchy, roon > qobuz > playlists fails to populate at all, roon > qobuz > new releases throws the odd ‘network connection’ error but when it does get populated I can select and play albums.
Roon > playlists > qobuz is populated with my playlists created in qobuz and plays ok.

Hi @Deeg,

Thank you for clarifying and our sincere thanks for your patience. We’ve released a test fix for this issue on the Early Access release track. From there, the fix will merge into the next Roon update.

If you want to test out the fix immediately, you can migrate your Roon devices (server + remotes) to the EA track by following the instructions in this article:

In order to ensure responses all stay in one place, we’ll be closing this thread out in the meantime. Please keep an eye on the main tracking thread for this issue moving forward, since the team will be posting updates there. If you do wish to migrate to Early Access, the QA team is collecting feedback on the fix in the #earlyaccess category on Roon Community.

Thank you again. Here is the main tracking thread, for reference:
