Do you have a paid for Qobuz account or are you on a free trial with them?
Unfortunately Qobuz only allow 3rd party connections to paid accounts.
Has this ever worked, or is the first time you have tired to user Qobuz?
Are you using a VPN? If so, I’d try switching it off to see if that help.
As a troubleshooting step I would recommend rebooting you Roon Server Machine, Switch and Network Router, as this might be related to a network communication issue.
Hope some of this helps, if not Roon’s support will be along to assist once your ticket gets to the top of their queue.
All was working but out of nowhere roon stop accepting Qobuz. I have qobuz running in other platforms like innuos, yamaha and mobile app. But on this roon pc instalation all the other functions seem to work but it keeps giving the error network when I try to add qobuz service.
Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs
Also, I noticed that you are using both Roon 1.8 and Roon 2.0 servers on your system. Can you confirm if you see the same issue with the Roon 2.0 install?
Have you tested out your Windows firewall recently? Can you confirm Roon is listed as a proper exception within any firewall or antivirus software? Here’s more info on this:
As easy way to test this is to temporarily disable your windows firewall and see if you can login.
Let us know the above - it looks like your running the legacy version of Roon, which we’re unfortunately not able to support much anymore. We’re also unable to ship any fixes or software updates to Roon 1.8.
We’re also seeing a version of Roon 2.0 within your system. If you’re able to, we recommend staying up to date on the latest version of Roon if possible.
