· Qobuz titles have dropped out of my library and I cannot add any Qobuz titles. Everything is in order with my subscription and there is no logical reason why this is happening.

Are you absolutely sure you are logged into Qobuz inside of Roon with your correct paid subscription Qobuz credentials?
If so, can you try logging out of Qobuz inside of Roon, restart the Roon Server and then log back into Qobuz again and see if this helps?
