Qobuz track fails to load on Roon, other tracks fine (ref#GQQTI8)

Describe the issue

A specific track is failing to play through Roon with Qobuz. The error message is: "Playback was interrupted because a track failed to load." (「曲の読み込みに失敗したため再生を停止しました」)

Other tracks in the same album play fine
The track plays normally in the Qobuz native app
Issue started a few days ago (was playing fine before)
Re-authenticating Qobuz in Roon did not resolve the issue
Tested with HQPlayer bypassed — same result
Removed the track from library and re-added — same result

I’ve reported issues like this to Qobuz before. They usually fix them.

Thanks for writing in and for sharing your report! Sorry to hear you’re having some playback issues with a specific qobuz track.

We’re not seeing any traces of the playback attempt you mention in your OP - could you please reproduce the issue and share the specific date and time, and we’ll enable diagnostic mode again to take another look.

I’d also be curious - if possible, could you temporarily set up a VPN and attempt playback from a region different from where you’re currently experiencing this issue?
