Qobuz tracks not playing through Roon

Description of Issue

I can browse my library and select tracks, but tracks don’t start playing. I experience a never-ending “swoosh bar” where the track time is presented, and no track will start playing.

This happens when I control Roon from my phone or from my Mac.

I have re-stared my Mac, re-started and updated Roon, logged out of Qobuz on Roon and logged back in.

Music sources are an external drive connected to my NUC as well as Qobuz. Music from my drive plays.

Qobuz subscription is active and plays from the Qobuz app.

After rebooting my modem, my NUC (power and Ethernet unplugged), and Roon several times and deleting my Cache this issue is resolved.

Listing steps above so that if anyone else has the same issue they can ID what I had to do.

The last step of rebooting my Ethernet modem is what enabled Roon to re-connect online and to Qobuz.
