Unavailable tracks from Qobuz is usually a sign that Qobuz has replaced the version of the album that you added to your Roon library with a newer version. On the album page, you can click/touch the Versions tab to add the new version.

Qobuz’s library is a living reflection of their distribution network; you will see certain objects replaced or removed as labels and distributors renegotiate their licenses. You may have to re-add this album with another version in a different format after Qobuz’s distributors replaced it in their database.
