Qobuz unable to sync with Roon

For 3 months Qobuz has been unable to sync with Roon although the screenshots seem to show they are.

I have changed absolutely nothing in my current, totally wireless setup. Maybe the screenshots will help…

Qobuz shows me as being logged in and on the sublime package.

Qobuz will play thru my TV using Chromecast

@kim_hixson, please explain the issue. From the screenshot, I can see Qobuz albums. What happens when you attempt to play them?

Hello Martin. One screenshot should show above the “now playing” is the message showing that ROON cant find the track although the album shows up in my library as from QOBUZ

Not all screenshots appear to have uploaded, and those that have are rather small.

Can you swipe an image and get to see all 3? Also if you tap an image i think you can enlarge it. Sorry for clumsy uploading

There are three images, but they are small. Nonetheless, please share a screenshot from the album page.

Likewise, how many albums does this affect? It would be really helpful if you typed in the names etc., so those offering assistance can copy and paste.

This problem affects every qobuz track in my library and there are thousands of tracks. Roon searches for a track, finds Qobuz, but then the error message shown in the scrnshot appears, and that track is skipped.
My home library plays fine, as well as TIDAL.

Try logging out of Qobuz in Roon, reboot, log back in

Also I don’t think you want to show your email addresses to the world in the first picture

Boy, no kidding, pretty dumb, will remove or delete my email on the image. I have done uninstalls and reinstalls twice, but will try again.
