Windows Server 2019 Core Mode
Description of Issue
Since the last update I had big problems with Roon. The clients (Windows 11 & Androit) could no longer find the Roon server.
After I installed .NET 6 Runtime manually on the Roon Server the clients had access again.
However, the “Home” page no longer builds. It hangs after the “Recent activity”. After I deactivated my Qobuz account, this page continued to build. When Qobuz is active I can play albums.
On the page of an album, comments from Wikipedia or similar sources are no longer given. I always see 3 gray empty strips.
These symptoms seem to indicate that your RoonServer is no longer communicating with Roon’s cloud services - Can you check that your Windows Firewall settings are still in good order?
You could also try reinstalling RoonServer from the Roon Labs download page…
The home page not going past a certain entry (for me it was after Roon Playlists) happened to me as well in Early Access and was fixed in an update but I guess this may not yet be in production?
is there any idea what else I can do? Unfortunately not much works in Roon anymore and at the moment my usable Roon is not very different from a normal software for playing the own audio files.
I have been using my server for some time now without any problems or abnormalities. Every update could be installed and worked afterwards completely inconspicuously.
