I have trouble to completely understand Roons display and tag mapping logic… and what would be the best practice. I have read the KB article but there is still some stuff unclear to me.
I like the possibility to use the PERSONNEL tag to fill the credit section, but since I also use the SOLOIST tag I now get stuff doubled in the credit section. So should the SOLOIST tag be abandoned in favour of PERSONNEL?
In addition to that I’d like to understand why in some of my CD’s a “featuring” line is displayed, doubling the information:
This does not show in all recordings, so I’m stuck understanding the logic here? Does this come from the Roon metadata or from some file tag?
