Quick Question - In Library can you show a list format instead of huge album cover icon's?

I would like to be able to just list like a directory the albums in my library instead of the cover icon display. Is it possible in Roon?

You can use Folder view, perhaps that will be what you’re looking for.

Folder is on the left side menu, under my library.

It’s the same layout I want for Library - Albums. I find it takes ages to search. Far too many pages with icons. I’m using roon app on a PC with big screen as well.

Have you tried the Focus and Filter tools

Filter particularly, 3 chars gets most data , 4 even better. In my library

‘Abbe’ gets 3 albums, 2 versions of Abbey Road< Claudio Abbado louses up a 3 char ‘abb’

The quick answer to your question is no, Roon doesn’t work that way. The developers chose not to do that from the very beginning and have not wavered since.

Do you search with global search, or the filter/search in album view?

Although list view is not available, using smaller images may assist:

Settings > General > Allow for more covers and photos > Yes
