Another Question, the radio AAC stream doesn’t work, keeps loading. Is there a solution for that issue?

Did you install the codecs for Roon on the NAS? They are needed for AAC and MP3

No I did not, mp3 works fine. Where do I need to install them on my Synology, and which codec?

I think that on Synology only AAC is not supported out of the box, but I am not a Synology user. You will find a lot of threads if you search the forum for Synology + AAC or Synology + codecs, but there’s info here as well which probably is sufficient if you follow the instructions:
