Radio Paradise Meta Data Not Updating

ROON 2.0 Build 1300
Ubuntu, i9, and 32GB RAM
Dedicated network and VLAN for ROON
Wired ethernet and 2.5Gb internet/fiber

For some time having an issue w/ RP metadata not updating, rather my Android phone and laptop. Sometimes will never update, other times several songs behind. I have checked my router and firewall rules and all is good there, api.roonlabs.net is not filtered. Below is a snippet from the ROON server logs:

Don’t think its on your end. Last week I noticed it was about 20 seconds behind. Just checked and the metadata gets updated shortly before the current track ends. Guessing its something that Roon need to look at on their end.

Thought I would bump this post to see if any further developments have occurred to address the issue. I have tried just about everything, reinstalled, DNS, firewall, etc. w/ out success.

Thought I would provide an update, I decided to spin up an Ubuntu VM and install ROON and disable the ROON docker, since moving to the Ubuntu ROON instance no issue. Will need to perform some due diligence from a docker perspective to determine the issue.
