Radio seeded from a compilation plays “various artists”

As it happens, Weather Report was the last thing I was expecting after Horace Silver.

I don’t think it has any bearing on the actual Radio selection process, per se. Weather Report and Horace Silver share the Jazz tag; thus the connection; among other things.
What you are seeing is, I think, just a display bug. The same display bug haunted the theater view ages ago. See:

In Theater View Playing Next Track Artists displayed

In Theater View, if you are playing a compilation with Various Artists, in the corner which displays the upcoming track it lists it as “Various Artists” instead of the actual Track Artist. I suggest it should list the Track Artist. See Below: Instead of Various Artists it should read “Parliament”. [image]
