Thank you for your detailed post and we’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues.

We’ve requested and reviewed diagnostic logging from the affected RoonServer instance. Here’s what we can see at the timestamp:

The first interruption logged to this endpoint occurred with a 24/192 FLAC file from Tidal. Downloading the file from the API to the server cache wasn’t an issue until about 3/4 of the way through - at this point, RoonServer logged that the available bandwidth dropped temporarily to 0. The KEF’s own buffer then stops receiving data - receiving no data from RoonServer, it goes into inactive playback mode.

Do you have any QoS settings enabled in the UDM? Is there any other managed network topology involved?

Try playing a file at lower sample rates (44.1KHz) - do you encounter the same issues? What about playing to the System Output, and not the KEF?
