Randomly stops playing. New Apple TV, Trinnov Alt 32 and Synology NAS. I have life-time sub and has always worked perfectly. This is a new issue. I did update to the latest version but still happening.

Describe your network setup

I have Commercial grade Ubiquity Dream Machine and Switch. Synology DS 1819+, Trinnov Alt 32 and brand new Apple TV 4k 128. Same setup as before other than new Apple TV AND updated app software.

Hi @Felipe_Fernandez ,

Can you please let us know the exact local time + date + track when you notice a few of these issues occur? We’ll enable diagnostics to see if we can see any errors.

Hello Noris, I think that I may have discovered what was causing the issue although I don’t think this should be the cause. I disabled the screensaver on the Apple TV and this seems to have stopped the issue from occurring. Not sure why the screen saver would come on if the Apple TV is actually streaming but… Otherwise, to try and answer your question. I don’t have an exact time but it occurred many times yesterday and this morning. The app shows the song that was playing… doesn’t show it as paused but presents the “play” button. I hope that this helps.
