Random track stops during streaming playback (ref#IKLDHW)

Linn streamer is connected via ethernet. internet speed is 110 mbps

Thanks for writing in! Based on a recent diagnostic report, it looks like the failure is occurring between your Roon Server machine and Tidals upstream services. Check out this error below:

Debug: [easyhttp] [12349] GET to https://api.tidal.com/v1/tracks/10565654/playbackinfopostpaywall?countryCode=AU&audioquality=HI_RES_LOSSLESS&assetpresentation=FULL&playbackmode=STREAM returned after 395 ms, status code: 429
Warn: [tidal/media] could not get playback info for 168:0:10565654: Result[Status=UnexpectedError]

To confirm, are you able to playback MQA tracks without issue? Your Linn streamer may be limited on specific track formats - can you triple check your playback settings on the device?

Does this issue happen no matter the file format?

And what about your mac running Roon Server? Please get an ethernet connection from your Roon Server to your machine while we troubleshoot and see if you receive the same issue.
