Really struggling to get Roon to see my playlist on NAS

Hey guys, read a few topics but can’t get Roon to read my playlists on my Synology NASz

I store my music in the NAS divided by artists but I have some compilations which I would like in a playlist (various artist stuff)

I use a Mac and I created playlist with VLC player. I don’t use iTunes or the new music….
