Description of Issue

Recently my ‘Recent listening’ section does not give any metrics. The ‘What you’ve been listening to’ section populates fine its just the recent listening bit not working. As shown below. This is a core issue as it’s the same on all my remotes.

Probably not related but I have also had issues with the macOS and iOS apps crashing. I saved a copy of the latest macOS crash report but can’t see a way to easily attach it. At the time it was just running in the background.

Is there any update on this issue? Anything I can do to try get it working or will this require a software fix?

Hi @Carl_Cook

Would you kindly use the directions found here and send us over a set of logs using a shared Dropbox link (or any other file sharing service)? Thanks!

Hi @dylan
See logs at https://we.tl/t-aSeUbskEqN
Thanks

I always had recent listening but suddenly it’s not populating in the last week (and may be too low for the previous week already) although I listened regularly. In case it matters, daily mixes have also disappeared again for the past 3 days.
