Describe the issue

Recent Listening on Home Page is wrong. I had been playing Roon for about an hour when I noticed the play time for Monday was 3hrs 15m. I looked at the albums played during that time and of the 40 listed I had only listened to 4. I don't have any other zones playing and I haven't been listening to ARC.

Describe your network setup

Netgear Orbi gateway for Xfinity ISP. NUC Rock is wired to Netgear GS105 switch.

If you go to history does it show those albums being played? If so, you can see the profile it was played under to provide a clue.

Hi @David_Gibson,

@Rugby’s questions are something we’re keen to know as well. In addition to that, do you see this issue across all your remote devices? Or, do you only see it on a specific device?

I’d give your Roon devices a safe reboot as well and let me know how things look. Thank you! :raised_hands:

Okay, as soon as I got on this morning I noticed three albums listed that I had played the night before. So a partial answer seems to be Roon is confused about the time/date (time zone?). I don’t recall that there was any place in settings to change the date. I assume Roon uses the system date. Maybe the date’s wrong on my NUC Rock? Could that affect Roon’s use of the date? And it appears to be the same across all my devices (Windows PC, IPad, and IPhone).

Hi @David_Gibson ,

The time for ROCK/Nucleus systems are in UTC, which is why you see this behavior, but we currently have a ticket in progress that should help with this. The ticket is making its way through the release pipeline, please stay tuned for changes in this area in an upcoming Roon release.

Thanks for the heads up, Noris. It’s not a deal breaker, just an interesting behavior.
