Hola, hace algunas semanas tuve problemas con este tema.

Sólo podía ver el logo de Roon con su bocina parpadeando, no podía avanzar.
Quise desinstalar aplicación para darla d alta nuevamente, aparecía: "You have to quit instances before it¨…

Intentaba nuevamente sin ningún resultado positivo, no encontraba la falla.

Hasta que fui a mi bandeja de descargas y vi que había varios intentos fallidos de mi parte.
Procedí a eliminar todas esas descargas, reiniciar mi lap top y ahora si, volver a descargar obviamente desde la pagina oficial de Roon para windows.

Sorpresa. La aplicación se instaló correctamente, respetó toda mi información y hasta el momento sin problemas.

Me perdí casi un mes de Roon, pero lo importante es que se solucionó.

I tried again without any positive result, I could not find the fault.

Until I went to my download folder and saw that there were several failed attempts on my part.

I proceeded to delete all those downloads, reboot my lap top and now yes, download again obviously from the official Roon for windows page.

Surprise surprise. The application installed correctly, respected all my information and so far no problems.

I missed almost a month of Roon, but the important thing is that it was solved.
