Recommendation for Acoustic panels to absorb vibrations

Hello,

Any Recommendation for Acoustic panels to absorb vibrations. I have a couple of wooden cupboards attached to the wall, and the room door, they vibrate a lot producing unwanted sounds.

You can buy very inexpensive 12” by 12” foam panels and have fun covering them artistically. Also bookshelves are superb acoustic treatments. Hardwood floors — you need a rug.

The bass may require some taming in the room. GIK acoustics are good.
