Recovering missing zones

The day before yesterday I could play music in about 6 zones; a Linn Akurate hub plus speakers and 5 more all part of a Sonos network plus outputs from my PC.

The last 2 were not used but today I only have these 2. How can I revitalise the oldies?

Roon Core Machine

Include your operating system and machine info (Model, CPU, RAM).

Networking Gear & Setup Details

Your networking gear (model of routers/switches/etc), connection types (Wifi/Ethernet), and any firewalls, antivirus, or VPN software.

Connected Audio Devices

Specify what devices you’re using and their connection types, like USB/HDMI/Chromecast, etc.

Number of Tracks in Library

Tell us how large your music library is, eg. “30,000 tracks”.

Since some time has passed, I wanted to check in to see if you were still having issues with your zones? If so, please fill out the info @Carl has requested above.

And with that, if you’d like, we can enable diagnostics mode for your account, which will send over a set of logs from your Core device automatically, and then upload to our servers for analysis.

If you’d rather do it yourself manually, please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader.
