I forgot to write down the song titles in my playlists & favorites before account was closed. How can I get those?

Thanks for writing in! Sorry to hear you’re unable to get ahold of your prior music library!

Were the playlists and favorites created in your Roon account specifically? Or, did you manage to move them / create them from within Qobuz?

If any of it was within Qobuz, you should be able to access it via your Qobuz account directly.

If it was created in Roon, we’ll go ahead and tag our @accounts team who should be able to set you up with a temporary trial extension so you can gather whatever details you may need.

All of this said, I’d love to know - what was it about Roon that didn’t stick for you? Anything we can help with?

Hi,

It was in my Roon Playlist & Favorites specifically. I found myself listening to Qobuz more in my car. For some reason Qobuz sounded better in my car than Roon Arc. I will probably join Roon again when I get a home & have whole home audio. Thanks for your help. I look forward to retrieving the song names soon!
