· I am experiencing a recurring error while attempting to install software updates on my Roon Nucleus+ device. The system displays the following message:

"Error
There was an error installing the software:
Please take a screenshot and contact support. {"status":"Failure","exitcode":43}".

System details:
- Device: Roon Nucleus+
- Serial #: 94C691158CBF
- Operating System: Version 1.0 (build 259) production
- Uptime: Approximately 7 minutes
- Database & Settings: OK, 100% of 55 GB available
- Networking: Ethernet, IP Address 192.168.1.40, Netmask 255.255.255.0

I have attempted rebooting and using the reinstall option, but the error persists. Could you please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue?

· My router Linksys model MX5300 "with WiFi" connect to a switch brand "Sotm" without using VPN.

Thanks for writing in and for sharing your report! If you could, please set up a temporary direct hard-wired connection from your Nucleus to your primary router, using a basic Ethernet cable.
