Regarding Oversampling

Hi Guys

Why is there an option called “Error” on the advanced device setup column?
I have a Denafrips Terminator DAC which is capable of over sampling. So I want to send the original signal to the DAC and allow the DAC to do the oversampling. What option should I choose here?

My DAC can do a max of 384 khz. I don’t want Roon to do any upsampling, I want the DAC to do the upsampling, so essentially I want to send the original signal (44.1 Khz) to the DAC (from Roon)

Then choose Up to 384kHz as the Max Sample Rate (PCM).

Thank you, I found it under DSP option. I chose “compatibility only”
