To my knowledge, there isn’t a difference in icons between tracks that have standard lyrics and tracks that have dynamic lyrics.

And I can confirm that the mentioned Norah Jones tracks have timed lyrics but show the microphone icon without the little watch.

Well that is interesting. I haven’t seen that in some time, I guess. Here’s an album with a mix; all icons are the same:
I can’t remember when I last saw it but I definitely did in June 2023 because I had this complaint 
and back then made this screenshot:
You know, I do think I remember that now. It isn’t something I paid a lot of attention to, however. Looks like this is a UI regression.
