Reinstallation failed due to 'Roon is already running' error after Windows update and subscription change (ref#HGDUYV)

· can not reinstall roon shows eror message that roon is already running... had to attemp install many times ..after windowsmupdate and or swithing sub scription to annual pay..help..

Thanks for writing in and for sharing your report! From your account admin, I’m seeing both your Nucleus and windows 11 remote online and active recently.

Are you still running into issues? It looks like your Nucleus is running the latest version of Roon as well, so there shouldn’t be any update prompts bugging you for the time being!
