· I have reinstalled ROCK on NucleusPlus Rev B. Please update my RockOS to NucleusOS.

Start the support form in the same way as you did, but then click the “Hardware Problem” option and it will let you request a push of the Nucleus software to your ROCK reinstallation, the rest is automatic
